Rebill.com has raised $5.4M in pre-Series A funding, with Guillermo Rauch, Tiger Global, Y Combinator, SV Angel, and Soma Capital participating.
The company builds financial infrastructure for the Americas, letting businesses accept payments and operate across the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile through a single integration. Its stack combines local payment methods, card processing, installments, and subscription billing for both domestic and cross-border operations, and software companies and marketplaces can embed payment capabilities into their own products through Rebill Platforms. The pitch rests on a familiar friction: every market has its own rails, banking systems, and regulations, and Rebill's bet is that businesses would rather connect to local infrastructure than rebuild their payments stack country by country.
