Magentic, a startup bringing AI digital workers to global manufacturers, has landed an $18.0M Series A funding round. The company, which helps businesses hunt down and deliver savings opportunities, secured investment from Felicis, Sequoia Capital, and The Westly Group.
This capital injection backs Magentic's distinctive strategy of deploying AI agents, known as "Mages," directly into core procurement, supply chain, and finance functions within the physical economy. It's an approach that positions Magentic as an early mover in embedding advanced AI into these critical operational areas.
