Peppermint Robotics has raised $10.5M in a Pre-Series B round, with PI Ventures and Crane Venture Partners backing the company.
The robotics maker automates labour-intensive work in commercial and industrial settings - commercial cleaning and material handling among them - and operates in six countries. It's targeting the familiar squeeze of skilled manpower shortages, rising costs and high attrition, pitching its machines as a way for clients to get more accountability and cost savings out of the work.
