Omen AI has raised $31.0M in Series A funding to keep liquid-cooled data centers from quietly corroding themselves from the inside. The company makes continuous coolant analysis systems, and its flagship product, Sentry, tracks pH, alkalinity, glycol concentration and other parameters in real time to catch chemistry drift before it damages hardware.
The round drew Nava Ventures, CRV, Sheryl Sandberg, Vanderbilt University and MANN+HUMMEL. Omen AI's approach combines hardware, optics, chemistry and software - a stack aimed at protecting critical data center infrastructure as liquid cooling spreads beyond niche deployments.
