Polish deep tech firm Thorium Space, which designs advanced satellite communication systems, has closed a Series A funding round, securing $1.0M.
The capital will fuel its ongoing development of next-generation technologies for both ground and space segments, targeting commercial, government, and defense applications. The innovative company's R&D efforts, which have garnered support from entities like the European Union, the Ministry of National Defense, and the European Space Agency, are focused on creating highly flexible solutions for beam steering, coverage shaping, and efficient management of costly satellite resources.
