Biotts, a Polish-American biotech company, has raised $6.3M in funding. Investors in the round include Mariusz Książek and private investors.
The company develops proprietary drugs in oncology, diabetology and pain, built on its MTC-Y transdermal carrier technology. Biotts says the system increases the bioavailability of active substances several times over, allowing them to penetrate the skin into soft tissues and bones, and can be modified to target pathologically changed tissue.
