Manna Coffee has raised $1.3M in seed funding, backing its pitch to replace traditional coffee shop back offices with an AI operating system. The company runs an asset-light, platform-as-a-service model for autonomous retail, selling licenses for its barista-grade coffee units rather than building out its own storefronts.
The startup says its eight-person team operates with the efficiency of a 50-person enterprise, powered by its proprietary "Matrix" Digital Twin AI-OS. Manna reports over $1M in revenue with 3.2X growth in 2025, and has sold 100+ licenses across 16 states. It also claims secured pilot agreements for 1,000+ locations and an exclusive B2B pipeline to modernize 150K+ legacy machines as the official AI partner of NARI. The company is targeting 5,000+ autonomous network nodes by 2030.
