Bluelinea has raised $6.0M from APICIL, the French insurer. The company runs a 24/7 listening platform and a suite of connected services under its BlueHomeCare brand, aimed at families caring for elderly or disabled relatives at home and in care facilities.
More than 25,000 individuals and over 700 health establishments currently use Bluelinea's offerings, which range from a 24-hour call button and Alzheimer's-focused devices to home automation and nurse-call systems for hospitals and care homes. The company also works on adapting housing - at home or in institutions - as part of its push to support aging in place.
