XRlabs Ltd has raised $8.4M in seed funding from Playground Global and Eka Ventures. The London-based company is building what it calls Surgical Intelligence - a device-agnostic AI software layer designed to unify operating room devices into a single, anatomy-aware view.
Its products include XRlabs SIM, which reconstructs CT and MRI scans into interactive 3D digital twins for planning and rehearsal, and SurgicalOS, an intelligence layer that fuses live scope video, navigation, and intraoperative imaging. XRlabs was founded by neurosurgeon Dr. Ali Haddad, and the company's stated aim is to bring Surgical Intelligence into every operating room.
