Vocca, an AI phone assistant built for healthcare organizations, has raised $20.0M in Series A funding. The round was backed by Norrsken VC, Heal Capital, Speedinvest, and FirstMinute Capital.
Founded in 2024, Vocca answers patient calls around the clock, booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments directly in practice management software and sending confirmations and reminders. The company says it's live in more than 1,500 practices across the US and Europe, serving 10 million patients.
