Dutch startup Veridi Technologies BV, which aims to democratize industrial-scale plant disease and soil biodiversity monitoring, has closed a $100K seed funding round. The company leverages automated microscopy and artificial intelligence to provide high-throughput, high-accuracy diagnostics for soil microorganisms and plant pathogens.
This technology allows for affordable, accurate, and scalable diagnostics that were previously only available to experts. Veridi's approach makes sophisticated soil and plant health insights accessible to a broader audience, moving advanced analysis out of specialized labs and into wider use.
