Socure has raised $156.0M in a Series F round, adding fresh capital to a company that already sits at the center of digital identity verification for some of the biggest names in finance and government. The funding arrives as fraud prevention and compliance tools face mounting pressure from both regulatory scrutiny and increasingly sophisticated bad actors.
The company’s platform, which uses AI and machine learning to verify identities and flag risk, now serves more than 3,000 customers across 190-plus countries. That roster includes 18 of the top 20 banks, four of the so-called Mag 7 tech giants, and 130 public sector agencies. With this new injection, Socure is positioned to keep expanding its reach across sectors like healthcare, gaming, and telecom, where identity trust is becoming a competitive necessity.
