Patients grappling with serious or chronic diseases could see more personalized support thanks to SÊMEIA, which has just raised $24.7M. The company develops medical remote monitoring solutions, applying advanced artificial intelligence to predict patient journeys and identify those most at risk of complications or treatment discontinuation.
The funding round saw participation from a diverse group of investors including Acton Capital, Mutuelles Impact, XAnge, Citizen Capital, Banque des Territoires, and Orange Ventures. SÊMEIA's technology uses data, including health insurance reimbursement information, to enable timely and efficient interventions with patients and healthcare professionals.
