Forging new frontiers in food technology, Revo Foods, which specializes in industrial-scale 3D food structuring, has raised $1.1M. The capital will support its mission to develop innovative new foods, particularly next-level meat alternatives, using its unique production capabilities.
The company's proprietary Revo Food Fabricator X2 is designed to continuously produce two independent food materials into novel shapes and forms, enabling entirely new food functionalities. Revo Foods showcased this technology with the 2023 launch of THE FILET - Inspired by Salmon and is now focused on scaling its production volumes.
