The Tokyo and Indonesia-based startup operates a comprehensive solution platform designed to address the challenges faced by foreign residents throughout their lives in Japan.

LivCo focuses on human resources, real estate, education, and media, aiming to support the growing population of foreign workers in Japan.

Japan faces a significant labor shortage, with the number of foreign workers increasing substantially over the past decade.

Despite this growth, challenges persist, including a high rate of foreign workers disappearing from workplaces.

Concurrently, many young people in developing countries face unemployment and limited opportunities for self-growth.

LivCo's management, with extensive experience in Southeast Asia, leverages an IT-driven, foreigner-centric approach to maximize and optimize employment opportunities for immigrants, thereby addressing issues in both Japan and developing nations.

LivCo's services include a global HR platform that introduces Southeast Asian talent, primarily on specific skills visas, to companies in Japan, along with post-employment support such as housing and bank account assistance.

It also offers a real estate service for foreign residents, a media platform providing job information and Japanese language education in local Southeast Asian languages, and an Indonesian talent development program with a Japanese language school in Bandung.

The newly secured capital will be used to accelerate the development of its integrated platform and expand its range of services.
