Intuitivo has raised $1.5M in seed funding to keep building out its AI-powered assessment platform for teachers. The round drew backing from Caixa Capital, Impact Innovation Fund (managed by 3xP Global), Techstars, COREangels Lisboa, COREangels Porto, and Angels Way.
The company's platform automates the creation, scheduling, and grading of assessments - tests, worksheets, quizzes, and homework - across education levels from primary through higher education. The pitch is straightforward: hand off the repetitive work so teachers can spend more time teaching, with the software also surfacing insights into student performance.
