Cygrid has raised $3.0M in pre-seed funding to build out its identity enforcement platform for AI-driven enterprises. The round drew backing from Atlantic, D11Z, Boris Gorin, Andreas Bermig, and Vlad Tropko.
The company's platform is aimed at the sprawl of identities that AI adoption creates inside SaaS applications. It discovers and enforces policies on every human, non-human, and AI agent identity, surfacing shadow AI, over-scoped tokens, and leftover admin rights, then applies policy in real time to secure actions.
