Glitch Detectives has raised $10K in seed funding from Technovation and UNICEF Generation Unlimited. The education technology company is built around a simple inversion: instead of asking children to solve problems from scratch, it hands them completed problems and asks them to investigate where things went wrong.
Its four-step learning loop - Investigate, Detect, Repair, Explain - turns K–6 students into error hunters, working through puzzles, hidden mistakes, and real-world problems to build mathematical reasoning and verification skills. The premise is that in a world where AI can produce an answer in seconds, children need to know how to question and check one.
