Hiring teams today don’t use one tool-they juggle a dozen. Hivemind, which calls itself the “Recruiting OS,” has raised $17.0M to consolidate that sprawl into a single workflow platform, with M&G backing the round.
The pitch is straightforward: replace the patchwork of ATS systems, scheduling tools, sourcing platforms, and assessment software with one inbox and one pipeline. Hivemind’s platform folds in applicant tracking, outreach, interviews, and candidate portals, aiming to cut the manual coordination that slows recruiters down. The funding arrives as companies increasingly look to streamline tech stacks, though Hivemind hasn’t detailed how it plans to deploy the capital.
