Health Force, a startup building AI agents to streamline hospital operations, has secured $4.8M in seed funding. The Barcelona-headquartered company, founded in Vienna in 2022, aims to tackle healthcare's persistent staffing shortages by deploying AI agents that integrate seamlessly into existing hospital systems, taking on repetitive tasks like prior authorizations and claims processing.
The seed round saw participation from LUMO Labs, Step Venture, Next Tier Ventures, Target Global, and Calm/Storm. Health Force's agents operate with their own logins, handling one workflow each, freeing up human teams to focus on more critical patient care.
