H2SITE, a company tackling the persistent problem of hydrogen transport, has secured $7.0M in Series b funding to advance its specialized technology. The round saw participation from a diverse group of investors including EIC - European Innovation Council Fund, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Suma Capital, Hy24, Crane, Enagás Emprende, Calderion, and CRPV.
The company's core innovation lies in its integrated membrane reactors, which crack carriers like ammonia and methanol, and efficiently separate hydrogen from low concentration gas blends. This approach aims to make hydrogen a more viable and accessible energy source by streamlining its delivery.
