Eleva AI has raised $578K in a pre-seed round, backed by a syndicate that includes Encomenda Capital Partners SGEIC, Draper B1, SeedRocket, ESADE BAN, Meridia Capital, and Park Lane Partners.
The Barcelona-based startup is building what it calls an "Agent OS" for physical venues-a software layer that unifies guest experiences and asset operations for shopping centers, airports, and cruise ships. On the guest side, AI agents handle real-time recommendations and support while capturing first-party data from visitors who were previously anonymous; on the operator side, the same data feeds into leasing intelligence and anomaly detection. The company says it's already active across three continents.
