Dili has raised $15.0M in a Series A round, a bet that AI can take the grunt work out of high-stakes dealmaking. The funding was led by Khosla Ventures, with participation from Y Combinator, Allianz, Brick and Mortar Ventures, and Rebel Fund.
The startup builds an AI co-pilot designed to automate due diligence and deal management, starting with tax credits-a niche where errors are costly and paperwork is dense. The round signals growing investor appetite for vertical AI tools that tackle specialized, compliance-heavy workflows rather than generic productivity.
