Heavy-duty fleet electrification is a capital-intensive bet, and Chargepoly just secured a significant one. The company has raised $26.6M in a Series B round backed by Meridiam.
Chargepoly has spent years building a name for itself as a go-to partner for electrifying commercial and logistics fleets, developing and operating charging infrastructure built for the punishing demands of trucks and delivery vehicles. The fresh capital from Meridiam, an infrastructure investor, signals confidence in a segment that’s often trickier to finance than passenger-car charging, given the higher power requirements and longer asset lifespans involved.
