ZenHR has secured $6.0M in fresh capital from Impact46, a bet on the Saudi-backed investor’s conviction that the region’s HR software market is ripe for an AI-led overhaul.
The Amman-based company is already a dominant player in MENA, with a platform that automates the full employee lifecycle and is localized for 11 countries-handling everything from labor law compliance to payroll taxes. What sets ZenHR apart, though, is its AI layer, which turns workforce data into executive-ready reports and predictive insights, flagging issues like absenteeism or payroll anomalies before they escalate. With thousands of organizations on board and 150-plus industry awards to its name, this round looks less about validation and more about scaling a lead in a market where legacy systems still rule.
