Vitroscope has raised $7.0M in seed funding to push its living-tissue platform into wider use. The round was backed by Cerberus Ventures, YZR Capital, and Norges forskningsråd (Research Council of Norway).
The company's system brings controlled flow to vascularised organoids and intact tissues, preserving the native microenvironment so researchers can study immune activity, drug effects, and disease mechanisms in real time. Vitroscope says the platform requires minimal training and works out of the box with tissue, 2D, mechanobiology, organoids, and 3D bioprints, and is compatible with upstream and downstream screening.
