Veridue has raised $4.0M in a pre-seed round, backed by Episode 1 Ventures, HTGF, and Pi Labs, with participation from Cameron Hepburn and Jeremy Palmer.
The London-based startup is building an AI-native due diligence and M&A platform aimed at energy infrastructure and data center deals. Its pitch: investors can screen 100x more opportunities and close transactions 10x faster, while developers and independent power producers get a faster path to investment readiness. The round’s mix of climate-focused VCs and angel investors with deep energy and finance ties suggests the platform is targeting a niche where deal complexity has long slowed things down.
