The future of greenhouse illumination just got a $30.0M boost, as Sollum Technologies announced the close of its Series A funding round. The Montréal-based cleantech company specializes in 100% dynamic LED lighting solutions, designed to modulate the full spectrum of the Sun’s natural light for greenhouses and controlled environmental agricultural research.

Founded in 2015, Sollum's AI-powered light fixtures are controlled by its proprietary SUN as a Service® cloud platform, offering multi-zone light management and automatic dimming for an unlimited number of light recipes. This scalable system aims to provide significant energy savings, increased productivity, and superior produce quality for growers across North America and Europe.
