Scroll Home has raised $2.6M in seed funding to bring short-form video to property search. The London-based startup is building a video-first app where every listing comes with a full walkthrough you can swipe, save and enquire on in seconds.
The round is backed by one of the biggest names in UK property, though the company isn't naming the investor. Scroll Home was co-founded by John Whittaker, a former Foxtons estate agent from a family with a long history in property, and Ellis Greenhalgh, who has a background in management consultancy and economic advisory work. The app is free for buyers and renters, while agents, brokers and developers pay to list homes in a format their audience already spends hours on. The finished product launches in London in January 2027, and the team, based in St James's, is hiring.
