Omilia has raised $67.0M in a Series B round backed by Expedition Growth Capital, a bet on the company鈥檚 push to make AI-driven customer service the default for large enterprises.
The Athens- and London-based firm sells a "Self-Learning Agentic CX" platform that automates customer interactions and assists live agents in real time, with built-in anti-fraud layers. Omilia says its technology learns across the full customer journey, from self-service to human handoffs, aiming to improve containment rates that older, siloed systems struggle to beat. Its client roster includes Capital One, Discover Financial Services, Taco Bell, and RBC, among others. The fresh capital arrives as contact centers face mounting pressure to cut costs without sacrificing service quality, and Omilia is positioning itself as the infrastructure layer for that transition.
