NavVis has raised $85.0M in a Series D round, a significant infusion for the Munich-based reality capture company as it looks to scale its digital twin technology. The funding brings in a mix of new and existing backers, including The Jordan Company (TJC), Yttrium, Kozo Keikaku Engineering Inc., and Cipio Partners.
The company builds hardware and software that lets firms quickly scan and digitize physical spaces-think photorealistic 3D models of factories, construction sites, or office buildings. With this capital, NavVis is positioned to push deeper into the surveying, architecture, engineering, and construction markets, where demand for accurate spatial data is climbing. The round also signals investor confidence in a sector that’s becoming increasingly central to how industries plan, operate, and maintain their physical assets.
