Nanostine has raised $1.1M in seed funding to push its advanced coatings technology forward. The round drew private national and international investors, industrial professionals, and Sego Venture.
The company makes ultra-pure nanostructures for coatings, with a manufacturing process it says achieves precision other methods can't match - controlling particle size and composition tightly, without generating waste. That technology has potential applications across aerospace, energy, sensors, and nanomedicine.
