StartupManicule (YC P26), a San Francisco, CA-based provider of an outcome-driven Agent Relations (AgentRel) engine, has raised $1.3 million in seed funding on SAFEs. The round was co-led by Y Combinator and Broom Ventures, with participation from strategic tech angels.
