Hypervision Surgical, a King's College London spin-out aiming to enhance surgical precision with advanced computer-assisted tissue analysis, has secured a $23.0M Series A funding round. The capital infusion will support its goal of equipping clinicians with tools for improved patient safety, leveraging technology based on safe light alone.
The round drew investment from a diverse syndicate, including Heal Capital, Angelini Ventures, IP Group plc, and Macmillan Cancer Support. Founded by a team of clinicians, medical imaging, and artificial intelligence experts, Hypervision Surgical's technology is designed to provide critical insights during operations.
