GoodMood Holdings has raised $45.0M to build what it calls the operating system for mental healthcare. The round drew backing from Imeik Technology, CSC Financial Capital, Wuxi Binhu Industrial Group, Shandong Development, and Unifuture Capital.
The company runs two brands: 好心情 (Haoxinqing) in China, which provides internet-based medical care, specialist psychiatric services, and enterprise mental health programs, and MoodVia worldwide, offering AI-powered mood tracking and personalized interventions. Its infrastructure technology spans clinical care delivery, AI-powered intelligence, and revenue cycle operations - an attempt to integrate care, AI, and financial plumbing into a single platform.
