자동화하면 좋다는 것은 누구나 알지만, 전화민원 자동화는 1억 원이 넘는 구축비에 막혀 많은 공공기관과 중소·중견기업이 시도조차 하지 못했고, 매뉴얼은 만들자마자 실제 화면과 어긋나기 시작한다. 뉴럴웨이브 와 가이더 는 이 반복 업무를 AI로 덜어 내는 B2B 솔루션을 만드는 두 팀이다. 뉴럴웨이브는 홈페이지 주소나 매뉴얼만 넣으면 AI 전화 상담원이 만들어지는 기술로 구축비를 없애, 비용 때문에 자동화를 포기했던 기관도 전화 민원을 AI에 맡길 수 있게 했다. 가이더는 담당자가 업무를 한 번 진행하면 AI가 가이드를 만들고, 소프트웨어 화면이 바뀌어도 그 가이드를 새 화면에 맞게 고쳐 준다. 두 팀 모두 자동화의 걸림돌이던 ‘처음 만드는 비용’과 ‘계속 유지하는 비용’을 기술로 낮추는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
