The Dresden, Germany-based company, a spin-off from the Fraunhofer Institute for Material and Beam Technology IWS, develops and delivers laser-based surface functionalization solutions.
Its technology finds applications across diverse sectors, from medical devices to industrial components, by optimizing properties like wettability and durability. Fusion Bionic's offerings cover the full value chain, including consulting, process development, and integration of its manufacturing solutions.
