DoD Solution, a defense technology company building embedded AI and onboard computing platforms for unmanned systems, has closed a $2.0M pre-seed funding round. The capital will support its work developing hardware and software that enable drones and robotic platforms to navigate, perceive, and act even when GPS is unavailable and electronic warfare is present.
The company’s technology focuses on real-time computer vision, autonomous guidance, and efficient onboard AI processing for contested environments. Investors in the round included Angel One Fund, Better Angle, Defence Builder Fund, Network VC, Newfund, UAID Fund, and WildField Ventures.
