Brilliance began in 2016, inside a single clinic in Andheri West, Mumbai. It did not begin in a laboratory or a boardroom. It began with real patients and a problem our founder, Dr. Ashok Patel, kept seeing again and again. People were being sold treatments before anyone had properly examined their skin or understood their concerns. Some arrived confused. Others had spent money without seeing results. A few had been left worse off than when they started. Dr. Patel believed people deserved better. That belief became the foundation of Brilliance: understand the person first, diagnose the concern carefully, and only then recommend a treatment or product. Brilliance Clinic became the heart of this approach, offering doctor-led skin, hair and aesthetic treatments built around careful examination, not a menu of packages. In 2024, Brilliance Cosmocare grew from another problem we witnessed closely. Patients were achieving results in the clinic, only to unknowingly compromise them at home by using unsuitable skincare. So we created products designed by the same doctors, guided by the same clinical thinking and developed for the same skin we treat every day. One principle connects everything we do: there must be a genuine clinical reason behind every treatment and every product we recommend.
