Cynomys s.r.l has raised $2.3M in seed funding from Farming Future. The Italian company builds continuous environmental monitoring systems - certified, calibrated sensors connected through IoT devices and modular systems, with data readable from a smartphone, tablet or PC and alerts when limits are exceeded, all managed from a single cloud platform.
Cynomys targets industry 4.0 and the agri-food sector, with a particular focus on precision livestock farming, selling mainly to large B2B groups as a sustainability partner. Its team includes veterinarians, nutritionists and agronomists alongside sensor and cloud infrastructure specialists.
