Building the financial infrastructure for the AI era just got a significant boost, as Chift API announced it has closed a $12.2M Series A funding round. The capital infusion comes from a syndicate of investors including Blackfin Capital Partners, Entourage Ventures, Shapers, Seeder Fund, and Wallonie Entreprendre.
Chift API provides a unified API that allows software vendors to connect their products to over 100 financial tools, from accounting to POS systems, with a single integration. Crucially, its new MCP server enables AI products and agentic AI systems to directly interact with financial software, paving the way for autonomous workflows across the modern financial stack.
