Bito has raised $300K from AloqaVentures, a small check for a company taking aim at what it calls the fastest-growing cost in engineering: coding agents.
Bito's product, Governor, is a context-driven router that sits between a company's coding agents and its models. It injects code context so agents stop paying to search for it, then routes each request to the cheapest model that can handle it. The company says independent testing showed 48% lower cost per task with improved quality. Governor works across Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and other tools, running on the customer's own provider keys, with on-prem and model-endpoint options. Bito says no code is stored and no model is trained on customer code.
