A fresh $23.4M has landed for Xeltis, the company pioneering artificial vessels and valves that are gradually replaced by patients’ own living healthy tissue. The investment round drew support from a diverse group of backers including Horizon 3 Healthcare, EIC - European Innovation Council, Invest-NL, Vi Partners, EQT Life Sciences, and DaVita.
Xeltis' core innovation lies in creating implants that are designed to be integrated and eventually replaced by the patient's own healthy, living tissue. This approach aims to offer a more natural and durable solution for cardiovascular conditions.
