WRITER has raised $21.0M in a Series B round, with participation from Insight Partners, Gradient Ventures, and a roster of prominent angels including Scott Belsky, Packy McCormick, and Lenny Rachitsky.
The company, founded in 2020, builds an end-to-end platform that lets enterprises create and manage AI agents grounded in their own data, using WRITER’s proprietary large language models. The fresh capital arrives as WRITER already counts Accenture, Mars, and Uber among its customers, and it adds to a broader backing that includes Premji Invest and ICONIQ Growth. The round signals continued investor appetite for AI infrastructure aimed at large-scale business workflows, rather than just consumer-facing tools.
