Construction firms across the Nordics and Europe are increasingly leaning on Volve to make sense of the document-heavy chaos that precedes every bid. The Oslo-based startup, which uses AI to turn full project document sets into decision-ready outputs for tender and preconstruction teams, has now raised $30.0M in seed funding from Daniel Kjørberg Siraj.
The round stands out for its size at the seed stage, a signal of how much capital is flowing into construction-tech tools that target the pre-award phase. Volve’s platform helps contractors price risk before commitment, build more complete bids, and compare subcontractor offers on consistent ground-work that traditionally eats up weeks of manual review. With this backing, the company is positioned to push deeper into a market where the margin for error is thin and the documents never stop piling up.
