The Australian Federal Government has injected $2.5M in seed funding into the Australian Multicultural Health Collaborative, an initiative of the Federation of Ethnic Communities' Councils of Australia (FECCA). This capital infusion will support the collaborative's work as a national health peak, representing multicultural health and well-being issues.
The Collaborative brings together a diverse membership of consumers, carers, health services, practitioners, and researchers. Its primary objective is to address systemic health inequities and work toward improved health and well-being outcomes for individuals and communities.
