The Vaassen-based company, known for its diffusion and deposition equipment, supports customers in producing high-value materials and devices across various markets, including power, MEMS, and photonics. Its technology has been instrumental in advancing the semiconductor industry and has contributed over 30 GW of production capacity in solar panel manufacturing.
