The SWELL Sculpture Festival, a cornerstone of the Gold Coast's arts scene, has secured a $5K grant from Currumbin RSL. This funding marks a new investment in the multifaceted arts organisation, which has been connecting people, art, and place in Currumbin, Queensland, since its inception in 2003.
Based in Currumbin, SWELL has cultivated a significant presence on Currumbin Beach, where its main exhibition has showcased 873 sculptures over the years. The festival's impressive portfolio of exhibited works is valued at $15.5M.
