Skilder.ai has raised $49K from Venture Kick. The funding lands as the company pitches a different way to run AI agents inside businesses.
Rather than each app shipping its own agent with its own copy of the same process, rules and access, Skilder is built as a place where a company's AI coworkers live. A role is defined once with its own skills, tools, model and guardrails, then hired by any agent over MCP - Copilot, Claude, or the assistant inside an ERP. Every run is traced, and what the traces show becomes the next version of the role.
