When power fails, critical operations stop. That's the problem Estonian-founded Skeleton Technologies aims to solve with its supercapacitors, and the company has now raised $38.3M from SmartCap's Green Fund to further its mission. Skeleton, established in 2009, is the world’s largest manufacturer of these essential components for mission-critical infrastructure and industry.
Its Curved Graphene technology provides the resilience needed for grids, defense systems, and AI data centers to withstand surges and instability. With over 300 energy storage experts and an annual production of more than 4 million cells at its Leipzig facility, Skeleton positions itself as a backbone of power, crucial for the global transition to net-zero.
